Please read these terms carefully before using the kn95 platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and us.
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kn95 platform and all its services. When you open an account at kn95 or use any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.
kn95 is an online sportsbook and casino platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and ensures the safety of users' personal information and financial transactions.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered authoritative.

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register at kn95 and use any service, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is accessible only to users aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
kn95 reserves the right to verify your age. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
2.2 Registration Requirements
When registering, you must meet the following conditions:

- You will provide accurate and truthful information.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- You have read and agreed to these Terms.
- You will bet for yourself and with your own funds.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration — such as name, address, phone number, and payment method details — must be completely truthful and accurate. In the event of false information being provided, kn95 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance.
Account Management
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may create only one account at kn95. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any benefits including bonuses will be cancelled.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Never allow a third party to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
3.3 Account Suspension & Closure
kn95 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse.
- Providing a false identity or information.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kn95 currently supports the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile wallet.
- Nagad — the mobile financial service of the postal department.
- Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Bank Transfer — through major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). Upper limits may vary depending on the method and account type.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in special circumstances additional verification may be required, which may slightly increase the processing time.
4.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites
The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:
- The account must be fully verified.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
- The wagering requirement of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- The account must not be under any active investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at kn95 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for bonuses is 20x, calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Completing the wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus is mandatory. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
5.3 Bonus Terms of Use
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
- kn95 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or an unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
- The bonus applies to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
5.4 VIP Program
kn95 operates a three-tier VIP program — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. Moving up to a higher tier is possible through regular active participation.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Policy
All bets on kn95 must be placed voluntarily and knowingly. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify the correct amount and market before placing a bet.
6.2 Sportsbook
Sports betting is available on a variety of national and international sporting events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and the FIFA World Cup. kn95 bears no responsibility for changes in odds.
6.3 Casino Games
The kn95 casino section features games from world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game's own rules apply.
6.4 Erroneous Bets
kn95 reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kn95:
- Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access.
- Using software bots or automated betting tools.
- Money laundering or financially criminal activity.
- Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Collecting or disclosing other users' personal information.
- Attempting to dishonestly influence outcomes (using match-fixing related information).
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, confiscation of the balance, and legal action where necessary.
